Information we collect

Information you submit in forms: name, phone, and optionally email, website URL, and a free-text description of your need.
Referral context: campaign parameters in the URL you arrived from, referrer URL, and the landing path on our site.
Technical and analytics data: anonymous or partially identified usage data collected through measurement tools, subject to your consent in the cookie banner.

Is providing information mandatory?

Providing information is voluntary and not legally required. If you choose not to share details, we cannot respond, assess fit, or offer services. There is no other consequence.

Why we use information

To contact you in response to your inquiry.
To assess whether your need matches our services.
To manage the inquiry in our lead system so no request is lost.
To understand referral sources and improve the site and content.
To send marketing updates only if you gave separate consent.

Who receives information

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Hosting provider: data is stored on infrastructure hosted in Germany, so information may be processed outside Israel.
Network and security provider: site traffic passes through a CDN and security provider.
Analytics: usage data is collected through Google measurement tools, subject to banner consent. Form fields themselves are not sent to analytics.
Our automation system runs on infrastructure we control and is not a separate third-party processor for lead handling.

How long we keep information

Inquiries that did not become engagements: up to 24 months from last interaction, then deleted or de-identified.
Clients: for the engagement plus periods required for accounting records under applicable law.
Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent; we then retain only the fact of withdrawal so we do not contact you again.

We do not keep information beyond these periods. Deletion happens on request and through periodic review.

Access and correction

You may request access to information we hold about you.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Marketing opt-out
