Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Extrimify treats accessibility as part of the service. We work to make this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities, in line with applicable accessibility requirements.

Conformance level

This site is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Conformance is reviewed as part of development whenever the interface changes.

Adaptations on this site

  • Semantic structure: hierarchical headings, labeled navigation and content regions, document language and direction set appropriately.
  • Full keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators on interactive controls, and a “skip to content” link at the top of each page.
  • Screen reader support: ARIA labels on buttons and menus, alt text on meaningful images, decorative images hidden from assistive technologies.
  • Respect for reduced motion: animations and effects are disabled when the user prefers reduced motion at the OS level.
  • In-site accessibility menu for text size, contrast, and animation control; choices persist in the browser.
  • Dark and light display modes with color contrast that meets AA requirements.
  • Relative typography so browser text scaling works across pages.
  • Forms with associated labels, textual error messages, and live regions for screen readers.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some components may not be fully accessible:

  • Decorative canvas-based visuals (for example spark effects on the home page and animated backgrounds). These are hidden from assistive technologies, disabled in reduced-motion mode, and carry no essential information.
  • Third-party content and services we link to (for example LinkedIn and WhatsApp) follow those providers' accessibility practices.

If you encounter a barrier, tell us. We will fix it promptly and offer an alternative way to get the information or service.

Accessibility in our service

Extrimify delivers services remotely via video and phone; there is no public walk-in office. You may request accommodations in advance for online meetings, such as captions, shared documents ahead of time, or adjusted pacing.
